Happy Wednesday!

I'm writing to you from a new desk location this week. Mae'd officially moved from Chicago to Denver at the end of September, which has meant a lot of boxes, a few new routines, and a fresh start on how everything gets organized.

Somewhere between Chicago and Denver, behind the wheel of a U-Haul, something felt familiar. Leaving something comfortable, feeling equal parts excited and uncertain, and pushing forward because the possibility felt bigger than the fear. Starting Mae'd brought up that exact same feeling.

Packing up requires picking up every single thing you own and asking if it still fits where you're headed. Some of it makes the cut. Some of it gets left on the curb.

A business deserves that same look every so often. The offers, the systems, the way you describe what you do. With Mae'd heading into its second year, I've been asking myself those same questions. What's working, what's grown with me, and what made sense a year ago but doesn't quite fit anymore.

The core of Mae'd isn't going anywhere, but the way things run behind the scenes is constantly being refined. Shifting what doesn't work makes room for what does.

Building Mae'd has been the most thrilling thing I've ever done, and I can't believe it turns one next Thursday, October 15th!

Now I'm curious, what's something you used to swear by that doesn't serve you anymore? Maybe it's a tool you outgrew, a routine that stopped working, or a way of organizing that just got too complicated. I would love to hear from you!

That's the latest from Mae'd. Thanks for following along!
